For your convenience, and to save time when you drop your pet off to board, please fill out the online or PDF boarding check-in form in advance. Please note: You must call the office at 330-653-2002 FIRST to make a reservation for your pet. Filling out the boarding instructions form without a reservation will NOT hold a spot for your pet in our kennel.
